Our Team
Doclea is the team of two ladies, the heart and soul of the company, with several external collaborators who spice up the crew.
Dijana is the engine and growing power behind the whole story, always on the move, organizing, creating, and making sure every detail is in its place.
Ivana is the moral supporter, believer, and wine expert from the very beginning, the one who always has a plan B… or at least a glass of wine in hand. As a certified sommelier, she is the mastermind behind our wine tours and knows how to pair the best Montenegrin wines with unforgettable experiences.
Dijana is the visionary who dreams big and says, “Let’s go to the moon!” Ivana is the one who asks, “HOW?” , both believer and practical expert who makes a plan that actually works.
They both share a love for Montenegro, travel, and good wine. Together, they make sure that you don’t just visit Montenegro, you feel it, taste it, and become a part of it.
Dijana Krkotic

Dijana has over 17 years of experience in the tourism field. After graduating in tourism from the University of Montenegro in Kotor, she immersed herself in various sectors of the industry, from aviation and hospitality, destination management to travel agencies and tour guiding, to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the tourism world spins. In 2017, driven by her passion for her country and personalized travel experiences, she decided to start her own company with the mission of offering tailor-made, authentic journeys through Montenegro.

Professional Journalist & Sommelier
Ivana is a professional journalist, with a long-standing career working for major TV and news companies in Montenegro. She has collaborated with many publishers, writing about tourism, economy, and social topics. Along the way, her love for wines led her to become a certified sommelier, turning her passion into one of the core pillars of our offer. Ivana is the curator of our wine tours and events, blending her storytelling skills with deep knowledge of Montenegrin wine culture, and making sure every wine tasting becomes an experience to remember.
Prof.dr Ethem Tale Mandic
Cultural and Historical Tour Expert ( English and Italian)
Dr. Ethem Mandić combines deep scholarly expertise with captivating storytelling to create unique cultural tours. Holding a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Zagreb, he offers rare insight into Montenegro’s history, archaeology, and literary heritage.
Born in Podgorica in 1986, Dr. Mandić has studied in Nikšić, Zagreb, and Sarajevo. He is the author of two academic monographs and two works of fiction, and a recipient of the Danubius Young Scientist Award and a Fulbright Fellowship. He teaches at the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature in Cetinje, where he also served as Vice-Dean for Science and International Cooperation, and has been a visiting professor in Zagreb and Klagenfurt.
Svjetlana Kiehl
Tour guide (English and Italian)
Svjetlana has been a licensed tour guide since 2009. By vocation, she is a professor of literature. With the aim of further professional development, she pursued and successfully completed a Master’s degree in Tourism Management at the European University School for Tourism in Palermo (UET – Scuola Universitaria Europea per il Turismo).
She works with great enthusiasm with tourist groups from Italy and English-speaking countries, where in addition to presenting the landmarks of Montenegro, she places a special emphasis on the cultural and historical ties between Montenegro and Italy.
